Our Strategy in Motion (SIM) training program’s overall goal is to make strategy personal. By incorporating strategy into everyone’s job everyday; it gets done! SIM is focused on communicating and, more importantly, engaging the managers and employees in the strategic planning process. Developing the plan is an event that needs revisiting continually in order to be successful. Our process does just that.
